Pearline Daughtry McGhee, 83 of Poarch, AL. passed away Wednesday May 08, 2019 in Atmore, AL. She was born on June 22, 1935 in Poarch, AL. to the late Homer Jack and Nora McGhee Daughtry. She was a retired Department Director at the Department of Defense Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX.  She was a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and formally served on the Tribal Council. She was a lifelong member of the Friendly Holiness Church and was a Daughter-In-Law to the late Chief Calvin McGhee.

She is preceded in death by Her Parents, Her husband, Curtis Edward McGhee, Brother, W.C. Daughtry,  Sister, Earline D. Coleman, Grandchild Amber Holland and Great-Grandchild Alayna Blaire Knowles.

Survivors are: One Son, Rickey McGhee of Canoe, AL. Three Daughters, Rose McGhee Coon, Carrie (Randy) Martin and Charlene McGhee all of Poarch, AL and one Sister, Betty (Leonard) Garlitz of Birmingham, MI.

Eleven Grandchildren, Twenty-Two Great-Grandchildren and Nine Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Services will be Monday May 13, 2019 at 2:00PM from McCullough Christian Center with Bro Ralph Coleman and Bro. Ray Ward officiating. Interment will follow in New Home Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Sammy Bostic, Dylan McGhee, Curtis Hayes, Kaweta Coon, Cedo Coon, and Noah Coon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Homer Coleman, Kenny Coleman, Doyle Coleman, Stevie Carpenter, Robbie McGhee, Calvin McGhee, Tyler McGhee, and Daniel McGhee.

Family will receive friends, Sunday May 12, 2019 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 6PM to 8:30 PM.
