Otis E. Moring, age 87, of Atmore, AL passed away on March 31, 2023.  He was born on September 13, 1935 in Atmore, AL to Hurtis A. and Christine Lisenby Moring.  He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Bobby Moring and Aldridge Moring.

He is survived by his brother Leon F. Moring of Cantonment, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private interment will be held at a later date.
