Michael Ray Rollins, age 40, of Atmore, AL passed away on August 20, 2024.  He was born on December 5, 1983 in Mobile, AL.  He was employed with P&R Mining. Michael was an avid Alabama fan, hunter and fisherman.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and cooking.  He is preceded in death by his granny, Minnie Stacey.

Michael is survived by his wife of 11 years, Cassie Caraway Rollins of Huxford, AL; his parents, Richard and Rhonda "Sissy" Stacey Boutwell of Perdido, AL; his mother and father-in-law, Jeff and Beverly Caraway of Huxford, AL; his siblings: Edward (Kendall) Hadley of Bay Minette, AL, Christy (Mike) Garner of Perdido, AL, Mandy (Jack) Whidbee of Perdido, AL and Shelly (Jacob) Harville of Perdido, AL along with special nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Helen Stewart and Bro. Bubba Rolin officiating.  Interment will follow in Lottie New Home Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Heath Williams, Brandon Wall, James Buckhault, Travis Stephens, Mike Garner, John Boy Salter, Dewayne Minchew and Jason Crysell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy Odom, Jacob Harville, Robert Knight, Rodney Howell, Quence Caraway, Kendall Reed and Paul Caraway.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home in Atmore, AL.
