Martha Ann Sheets, 79, of Monroeville, Alabama, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2025. Born on May 17, 1945, to Allie Mae Criswell, Martha was known for her determination, strong will, and an infectious sense of humor. She was admired for her work ethic, especially her passion for sewing during her many years at Ford.

Martha was deeply devoted to her late son, Eric Sheets, whose memory she cherished throughout her life. Her love for him and her family was immeasurable, and she carried that love in her heart every day. She will be remembered by her beloved family, including four granddaughters: Amber Sheets of Brookwood, Alabama; Ashley Sheets of Romulus, Michigan; Alisha Sheets of Madison Heights, Michigan; and Brooke Sheets of Bay Minette, Alabama. Her legacy also lives on in her six great-grandchildren: Madison, Daniel, Scarlett, Jeffery, and Riley Johnson of Brookwood, Alabama, and Liam Stockdale of Madison Heights, Michigan. Martha is also survived by her cousin, Billy Criswell of Florida.

She will be deeply missed but always remembered for the love, laughter, and strength she brought to all who had the privilege of truly knowing her.

A graveside service to honor Martha's memory will be held on Saturday, January 25th, at 12:00 pm. Where she will be laid to rest next to her mother at the McCullough cemetery. Interment will follow in McCullough Cemetery in McCullough, AL.
