Joyce Lee "Bunny" Whatley, age 80, of Atmore, AL passed away on June 30, 2022 in Mobile, AL.  She was born on September 9, 1941 in Booneville, AL to Bill and Ethel Holmes Roberson.  She was a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She is preceded in death by her first husband, Boyce Wayne Whatley; her second husband, Richard Marvis "Teak" Taylor; her brothers, Mack and Ray and her sisters, Ruby, Emma and Lucy.

She is survived by her sons, Randal (Paula) Whatley of McCullough, AL and Rodney (Carrie) Whatley of Pensacola, FL; her brother, Coley Robinson of MS and three grandchildren:  Russell Whatley, Wiley Whatley and Herzog Whatley.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Brett Chancery officiating.  Interment will follow at McCullough Cemetery in McCullough, AL.

Active pallbearers will be Randal Whatley, Rodney Whatley, Paul Hinton, Sonny Strength, Eric Hall and Mike Woods.

Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Wilson and Adam Ballenger.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
