Joe E. McKinley, age 69, of Mobile, AL passed away on December 21, 2021.  He was born on November 14, 1952 in Alexandria, VA to Joe Eddie McKinley and Bernice Jones McKinley Hilburn.  He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Eddie McKinley; his mother, Bernice Jones McKinley Hilburn and his stepfather, David (Buddy) Hilburn.

He is survived by his sons, Scott (Jenniffer) McKinley of Vocation, AL, Steve (Nichole) McKinley of Uriah, AL and Nicholas (Ashley) McKinley of Saraland, AL; eight grandchildren, Clay (Hannah) McKinley, Kori McKinley, Zach McKinley, Emily McKinley, Trenton McKinley, Kylee McKinley, Colton Beech and Bailey McKinley; one great grandchild, Evie McKinley; two brothers, Charles (Wanda) Hilburn, Sr. and Glenn (Dawn) Hilburn; three sisters, Wanda (Lonnie) Carlisle, Brenda (Robert) Wilkerson and Diane (Thomas) Shepard along with nine nephews, two nieces, eleven great nephews and eight great nieces.

Graveside memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
