Mrs. Jewell Presley Dockens of Booneville, AL. passed away January 19, 2024 in Lucedale, MS. She was born in Bay Minette, AL on July 19, 1939 to the late William "Pete" and Ida Mae Miller Presley. She was a homemaker most of her life and was a charter member of Lottie Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings William "Buddy" Presley, Ralph Presley, Ray Presley, Mary Milstead, Annie "Dee" Norton, Linda Faye Milstid and Ida Pearl Lofton.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Lindsey Dockens. Her children Mike (Doris) Dockens; Darlene (Jeff) Taylor; David (Tereasa) Dockens; Chris (Daniela) Dockens; her brother, Rodger D. (Marilyn) Presley; eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11 AM at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Presley Cemetery in Lottie, AL.

Active pallbearers will be Cody Dockens, Ben Taylor, Daniel Dockens, Ross Presley, Jonathan Hollingsworth and Phillip Presley.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
