J ames Milton "Jimmy" Campbell, 61, of Poarch, AL passed away on August 1, 2020.  He was born on July 31, 1959 to the late James  and Mary Cooper Campbell. He was an avid Alabama football fan. Jimmy served in the United States Navy and was a brick mason most of his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Campbell and Mary Cooper Campbell Wallace; his stepfather, Mellville Buck Wallace; great grandson, Kayson Blackwell and his niece, Holly Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Jackson of Poarch, AL; four daughters, Nicki Moorehead of Meridian, MS, Chris (Carlton) Shepard of Little Rock, MS, Melissa Campbell of Daphne, AL and Rebecca Campbell of MO; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Robert Campbell of Clarksville, OH and John Campbell (Amy Wilkin) of Lynchburg, OH; three sisters, Stella (Markie) Anderson of Peebles, OH, Mary Johnson (Butch Lightle) of Sabina, OH and Sara (Eric) Hubbard of Martinsville, OH and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at New Home Cemetery in Poarch, AL with Bro. Ricky Tedder officiating.
