James H. Caraway, age 92, of McCullough, AL passed away on May 20, 2021.  He was born on March 15, 1929 in McCullough, AL to the late James William and Sadie Still Caraway.  He was a dedicated member and Deacon of Judson Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris Caraway; his children, Larry Caraway and Eugene Caraway; his grandson, Jason Caraway; his granddaughter, Michelle Caraway; one brother, Henderson Caraway and his sister, Betty Moore.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Justin (Magen) Caraway of McCullough, AL and Mandy Caraway (Mitchell) Murphy of Booneville, AL; his sister, Pat Renfroe (Bob) of Dothan, AL and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Judson Cemetery in Poarch, AL.  Interment will follow at Judson Cemetery in Poarch, AL.
