Gregory Thomas Nix, age 69, of Flomaton, AL passed away on June 29, 2023.  He was born on April 26, 1954 to Homer Nix and Joan Barnes Nix.  He was a graduate of Escambia Academy and served in the United States Navy. Greg was an exceptional cook and loved to share his talent with others especially with First Baptist Church of Atmore, where he attended.  He also shared his talent of cooking at the Muskogee Inn.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his son, Jeremy Nix of MN; his daughters, Jessica Nix Alexander of Wetumpka, AL and Lauren Nix (Austin) Meek of Auburn, AL, and his brother, Ricky (Ellen) Nix of Spanish Fort, AL.

No formal services will be held.
