Glenn Douglas Jones, 72 of Mobile, AL. passed away on March 8, 2020 in Mobile. He was born on December 1, 1947 in Atmore, AL. to the late Novie L. and Gracie Mitchell Jones. He was a retired yard foreman and crane operator at Construction Solutions. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Ginger Dian Jones and sister Alisia Leatherwood.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Dian Pouncey Jones of Mobile, AL. One son Glenn Jones of Mobile, AL; two step sons Scott (Elizabeth) Leatherwood and Robert Leatherwood of Atmore, AL. One daughter Kylisha Mallard and one sister Ann (Robert) Hughes. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 2 PM at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Barr officiating. Burial will follow in Canoe United Methodist Church Cemetery in Robinsonville, AL.

Active pallbearers will be Justin Leatherwood, Tanner Leatherwood, Robert Leatherwood, Jonathan Bray, Jerome Qinn and Joshua Husband.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 12 noon until service time at 2 PM at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home
