Dorothy Louise Hubbard, age 81, of Phillipsville, AL, passed away on June 5, 2025, in Bay Minette, AL.  Dorothy was born to Edgar and Ruby Crawford McKinley on September 28, 1943, in Repton, AL.  Dorothy was a member of Perdido Baptist Church. She was the Housing Authority Executive Director with the City of Atmore.  Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Ray Hubbard, and her siblings, Gerald McKinley, Edgar McKinley, Jr., J.W. McKinley, Lawrence McKinley, and Harvey McKinley.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Jason Hubbard, Eugene Hubbard, and Andrew Hubbard, all of Phillipsville, AL; her grandchildren, Pamela Garrett, Heather Hubbard, Brittany Hubbard, Andrew Hubbard, Jr., and Tyler Hubbard; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 9, 2025, at 11:00 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Sanks officiating. Interment will follow in Perdido Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jason Hubbard, Marcus Stewart, Wyatt Crocker, Michael Stewart, Andrew Hubbard, Jr., and Tyler Hubbard.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 9, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home in Atmore, AL.
