Carolyn Helton Singleton, age 81, of Robinsonville, AL passed away on January 12, 2023.  She was born on January 13, 1941 in Atmore, AL to Alvin P. and Margie Finley Helton.  Carolyn was a lifetime member of Robinsonville Baptist Church.  She owned Initially Yours, Inc. and was a mother-figure to the many she babysat and the numerous children and teenagers she welcomed into her home as her own. She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Perry Singleton and her brother, Leland Helton.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Albert Singleton of Robinsonville, AL; her daughter, Renee (Mark) Mack of McCullough, AL; her grandchildren, Holly (Brett) Jenkins and Dustin Mack along with one great grandchild, Addie Jenkins.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Robinsonville Baptist Church with Sister Beth Linam officiating.  Interment will follow in Robinsonville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Rodney Helton, Mike Helton, Jackie Helton, Garrie Singleton, Mark Mack, Bobby Wooten, Dustin Mack and Brett Jenkins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Barney Singleton, Clyde Helton, Frankie Coon, David Weaver and David Womack.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 23, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Robinsonville Baptist Church.
