Carolyn Conway Phillips, age 57, of Uriah, AL passed away on December 20, 2021.  She was born on August 16, 1964 in Atmore, AL to Russell and Mary Inloes Conway.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jerry Conway and two grandchildren, Sarah Grace Boutwell and James Robert Turberville, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Phillips of Uriah, AL; her daughters, Crystal (Trevor) Borders of Blythe, GA, Maggie Nichole "Nickie" (James Robert "Robbie") Turberville of Huxford, AL and Sarah Michelle "Shell Bell" Phillips of Uriah, AL; her brothers, Ralph Wayne (Jennifer) Conway of McCullough, AL and David Eugene Conway of McCullough, AL; her sisters, Rebecca Jean Conway of McCullough, AL and Diane (James) Johnson of McCullough, AL along with her five grandchildren, Jason, Abby, Kara Lynn, Andrew and Benton.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Harville and Sis. Helen Stewart officiating.  Interment will follow at McCullough Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Trevor Borders, Jason Burkett, Joseph Boutwell, Jason Parker, Clayton Johnson and Justin Johnson.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
